Event Series: Hosanna Story Teller Series

Dr. David Fakunle, Executive Director of WombWork Productions, will use Black storytelling, African drumming, and singing to engage his audiences in the proclamation of truth.
Between February and June, Hosanna will feature leading storytellers from the region to share relevant stories inspired by the African American experience in a Sestercentennial Storytelling Series that will be presented monthly. The Series will feature one storyteller per month and culminate in the final performances at our Upper Bay Juneteenth Festival 2023.
