Hosanna Storyteller Series

With a personable style and engaging audience interactions, Renee Emmanuel, a gifted storyteller will bring folktales, tall tales, and poetry readings that captivate audiences of all ages. 

Between February and June, Hosanna will feature leading storytellers from the region to share relevant stories inspired by the African American experience in a Sestercentennial Storytelling Series that will be presented monthly. The Series will feature one storyteller per month and culminate in the final performances at Hosanna’s Upper Bay Juneteenth Festival 2023.
