Please join CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Harford County and the Harford County Child Advocacy Center on April 3, 2024 at 6:30PM in front of the Circuit Courthouse in Bel Air. We invite you to participate in planting a pinwheel garden at the courthouse. Come enjoy music by 6 Feet Apart and hear community partners speak about the importance of child abuse prevention. Join us as we take a stand for children and bring awareness to this important cause.
